Terms & Conditions

1. Project Scope & Revisions

• The project scope will be defined before work begins. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

• Up to 3 free revisions are included; additional revisions will be chargeable.

2. Payments & Pricing

• A 50% advance payment is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Turnaround Time

• Project timelines will be communicated before starting. Delays due to client-side approvals or content submissions may affect the deadline.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary content, branding materials, and clear instructions before the project starts.

• Any major changes after final approval may result in additional costs.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Final designs/videos are the property of the client after full payment is received.

• I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio or social media, unless agreed otherwise.

• Raw files (e.g., PSD, AI, AE project files) are not included unless purchased separately.

6. Confidentiality

• All client information and project details will be kept confidential.

7. Project Cancellation

• If a client cancels a project after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.

• If I cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued based on completed work.
